- Occupational Health & Safety Advice to help clients meet the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations
- Asbestos Surveys to check clients comply with Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 2002
- Fire Risk Assessments to ensure the fire integrity of escape routes so as to enable landlords and managers of multi occupied domestic buildings and commercial premises to comply with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
- Waste Management Plans in relation to new construction and refurbishment works, produced to meet the requirements of the Waste Management Regulations 2008. Such plans are required before work commences in order to ensure that there is minimum waste and maximum recycling. It is the duty of the client comply with these Regulations.
