Such projects range from the purchase of land for new build, the refurbishment or reconstruction of existing buildings and repair schedules to existing buildings.
New Build:
In the case of new buildings or extensions to existing structures we are able to submit schemes for planning permission, advise on building design and assess costs.
Refurbishment:
Existing buildings can often be given a new lease of life by incorporating imaginative new features. We have experience in envisaging the potential of existing buildings and working with local Planning and Building Control Departments to achieve such ends.
Repairs:
Our long experience of working with buildings enables us to advise on the condition of buildings and recommend necessary maintenance to preserve the structural integrity and so avoid costly repairs.
