Harold Blackburn has been a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building for the past 15 years.
Throughout his 26 years in the construction industry he has been involved in designing, managing and building refurbishment’s for housing associations, domestic and commercial new build projects, fitting out contracts and maintenance and remedial works.
The combination of established experience in the construction industry, together with the specialist Health and Safety training makes him ideally suited to carry out the role of CDM Coordinator.
