Under The Site Waste Management Plans Regulations 2008, clients who intend to carry out construction works above the value of £300,000 are required to prepare a Site Waste Management Plan.
The object of the Regulations is to ensure that demolition materials are recycled where possible, waste in new materials is reduced and debris sent to land fill sites is controlled.
